These Terms govern your access to and use of Nyxo, operated by Corp8 AI ("Nyxo", "we", "us"). If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
Nyxo is an AI platform that generates and hosts a creator website, storefront, course platform, and 1:1 booking, and processes payments through third-party gateways. We may update or improve features over time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Keep your details accurate.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Nyxo to sell illegal goods or services, infringe others' rights, send spam, distribute malware, or misrepresent yourself. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put buyers at risk.
4. Your content
You own the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process it to run the service (including AI generation). You're responsible for your content and for honouring what you promise buyers.
5. Payments, fees & payouts
Nyxo charges a flat 5% platform fee on successful sales, plus any subscription for your plan. Payment-gateway fees are charged separately by Razorpay/Stripe. Payouts are made to your verified bank account subject to KYC and applicable holds. See our Refund Policy.
6. Taxes
You're responsible for determining and paying any taxes on your sales. We provide GST-compliant invoicing tools, but you remain responsible for your own tax compliance.
7. Third-party services
The service integrates with providers such as Razorpay, Stripe, and others. Their terms apply to their parts of the service, and we're not responsible for their acts or omissions.
8. Intellectual property
Nyxo, its software, and branding are owned by Corp8 AI. These terms don't grant you rights to our IP beyond using the service as intended.
9. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or risk to the platform. You can export your data before leaving — no lock-in.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyxo and Corp8 AI are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
