Controller
For data you provide to Nyxo directly, Corp8 AI is the data controller. When you buy from a creator, that creator is the controller of your buyer data and Nyxo acts as their processor.
Your rights
- Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct data that's wrong or incomplete.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Restriction & objection — limit or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent — opt out of marketing or consent-based processing at any time.
- Complain — lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority or India's Data Protection Board.
How to exercise your rights
Most data is self-service: you can edit your profile and export or delete your account from settings. For anything else, email hello@nyxo.store with the subject "Data request". We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Response time
We aim to respond within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer, and we'll keep you informed if so. There's no charge for a reasonable request.
International transfers
We serve creators globally and may transfer data across borders using appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by law.
Buyer requests
If you bought from a creator and want to exercise rights over that purchase data, contact the creator first (they're the controller). We'll help facilitate where we act as their processor.
