2. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, password hash, and profile details you provide.
- Creator content — the text, images, products, and settings you add to your site.
- Transaction data — order records and invoices (card/UPI details are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us).
- Usage data — device, browser, IP, and interaction logs for security and analytics.
- Buyer data — when someone buys from a creator, we process their contact and order details on the creator's behalf.
3. How we use your data
To provide and improve the service, generate your AI brand kit and site, process payments and payouts, send transactional and (with consent) marketing email, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations such as tax invoicing.
4. Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you, with your consent (e.g. marketing), to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running a secure, reliable platform.
5. Sharing & processors
We share data only with service providers who help us operate, including payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe), cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, and analytics. They process data under contract and only on our instructions. We never sell your personal data.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for any period required by law (e.g. financial records). You can request deletion at any time.
